During a herb hike you will not only get general information about herb basics and ingredients, but also a lot of interesting facts about home and meadow herbs. Which plants are edible? Which ones can be used for 1st aid? How can you make ointments and tinctures yourself? Such a hike high above the Lauerzersee in Steinen takes 1.5h to 2h and is accompanied by Margrit Steiner, medicinal plant expert TEN. Afterwards you will walk across the meadows with mindfulness, open eyes and curiosity about the treasures of our nature.
