Pumptrack Muotathal
It has been ready to ride since October 2022 and hundreds of kilometers have already been ridden on the varied and winding pump track.
Pumptracks are compact, enclosed circuits with small waves and banked curves. They appeal not only to cyclists, but also to skateboarders, scooter riders, inline skaters, mountain bikers, BMX athletes and small like-a-bikers of all skill levels. They serve as a foundation for all cycling disciplines and increase safety when riding in traffic. Children thus train their skills and abilities at an early stage, which supports the learning process of the “Gliding, Rolling, Riding” area of competence in Curriculum 21. Pumptracks form a meeting point for different users of all ages, are fun and promote the joy of sports as well as confidence in the sports equipment. In addition, they support motor skills, balance and body awareness as well as respectful interaction.
