On December 27th, the PistenBully Beiz Brunnerboden invites you to a cozy Raclette and Fondue evening. Follow a lantern-lit path through the idyllic mountain village of Stoos, leading you to the PistenBully Beiz Brunnerboden. Awaiting you is an evening filled with regional cheeses, a warm atmosphere, and the exclusive charm of PistenBully flair (by reservation).

Choose between Raclette and Fondue and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Raclette à Discretion:
• Local cheese varieties (Alpine cheese from Käserei Annen, Alp Laui, and Alp Tröligen)
• Smoked beef (Mostbröckli) from local Highland cattle
• Potatoes
• Rustic bread (Ruchbrot)
• Additional sides such as pickles, pearl onions, tomatoes, baby corn, onions, corn, and pineapple
• Black tea

Fondue:
• Local cheese fondue
• Sides of your choice
