CLEAN-UP DAY STOOS WITH JONAS BOESIGER & JASMINA SUTER

The Stoos Clean-Up Day will take place on Saturday, 25 May 2024.
With the “Clean-Up” campaign, we are making a contribution to the fight against waste by collecting plastic and waste around the mountain village of Stoos and disposing of it correctly. This year, Jonas Boesiger and Jasmina Suter will be on the Stoos.
This event is taking place as part of Coop’s ” Day of Good Works”.
Programme:
09.20 Meeting point at the top station of the funicular railway (Stoosplatz 1, 6433 Stoos)
09.30 Clean-up in the mountain village of Stoos
11.30 Refreshments at Restaurant Sternegg
12.15 Clean-up in the mountain village of Stoos
14.00 Farewell
Registration:
For adults and families. Possible until 22 May 2024.

Catering:
Sandwiches are provided. Please bring your own drinks.
Equipment:
– Hiking or trekking shoes
– Weatherproof, robust clothing
– Own drinking bottle
– Work gloves (if available)
– Depending on the weather: sun cream, sun hat, sunglasses or rain protection
Work materials for the Clean-Up-Day will be provided on site.
How to get there:
By bus 501 from “Schwyz, Bahnhof” to the bus stop “Schwyz, Stoosbahn”
By car to “Grundstrasse 232, 6430 Schwyz”. There are car parks directly at the valley station.
Then take the world’s steepest funicular railway directly to Stoos.
Realisation:
The Clean-Up Day takes place in good and bad weather.
The event will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or strong winds. You will be informed by e-mail.
