Folk’n’Roll with the John Doe Band

The John Doe Band consists of four guys who love to make handmade music. Their style, which they call “folk’n’roll”, combines (Irish) folk, rock and pop to create an uplifting sound. On stage, they are very uncomplicated and perform their own songs with a lot of joy and heart.

A typical feature of the band are the polyphonic vocals, which, together with acoustic instruments, electric bass, double bass and powerful drums, create a rousing sound. Their lyrics are personal and tell stories that are touching and thought-provoking.
It is not difficult to be inspired by the genuine, uncomplicated music of the John Doe Band.
