Experience the mystical morning atmosphere on the Fronalpstock summit every Friday in August and September.
The funicular goes up to Stoos at 05.00 in August and 05.40 in September, then the chairlifts take early risers up to Fronalpstock. A large breakfast buffet awaits all those who have booked breakfast in the summit restaurant. A coffee with a view promises a special start to the day.
The first descent on the chairlift from Fronalpstock is in august at 7.45 a.m. and in september then at 8.15 a.m. At 09.00 the chairlifts start regular operation. The sunrise time is shifted by 40 minutes during this period, so the spectacle will certainly never be “missed”.
The sunrise rides are not only a spectacle for the eye: they offer the opportunity to make various trips down into the valley or to be practically alone on the unpopulated hiking trail. Unique!
