In the heart of the village of Stoos, the boutique design hotel shines in Alpine chic style, featuring a restaurant, parlour, bar/lounge, sun terrace, and seminar room. The art of culinary excellence is lived here.
All guests are warmly welcome in the restaurant and traditional parlour. Freshness, quality, and enjoyment “Slow Food” is the motto. In addition to the menu, specialties such as Chateaubriand, veal saddle, and Fondue Chinoise can be found. Pasta, gnocchi, soups, and desserts are produced in-house. Enjoyment with a feel-good effect, accompanied by a selected wine or whisky, is promised by the cigar lounge with a view of the Stoos Chapel and the Mythen. Friends and acquaintances enjoy a “cheese fondue” in the fondue room, a “Stoos an” at the bar for après-ski, a “to go” or “signature cocktail” in the lounge, and an aperitif on the terrace in fine weather. The guest piano creates atmosphere for playing. From time to time, a jam session provides a surprise.
