Enjoy that special winter feeling on the sun terrace—a culinary treat from the kitchen, paired with a hearty drink—and the world is just right again. Rösti is a must, as is the Kaiserschmarrn from my mother’s homeland. Should the sun unexpectedly decide not to cooperate, a special barn-like atmosphere awaits you in the “bad weather room.”
