The alp cheese market takes place every year on the last weekend in October. It all began in 1996, when the idea was to make alpine cheese from Muotatal known to a wider public and to promote direct marketing.

It started with just a few stalls…now around 40 exhibitors, 20 of them alpine cheese makers, offer a variety of alpine cheeses, meat products, natural products and much more.

Musical entertainment and culinary delicacies make the weekend a complete success.
