The restaurant with terrace offers a splendid view of the mountains and the Lake of Uri. The panorama hall is suited for groups: You can reserve the hall or a section of it along with the terrace.
The hotel guests can serve themselves at the buffets in the morning, at noon and in the evenings. Vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free meals are also available. Individual guests can naturally choose meals from the menu. Groups can decide on one menu beforehand. The creed of the kitchen chef is: regional, seasonal cuisine. He thus only uses products of Swiss origin, preferably from the region. Exceptions are made with coffee and spices. There are no compromises when it comes to meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and berries. The restaurant counts on “Swissness” even for its drinks.
